TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF HOUSE AND BARN

These structures are located in West Central Illinois. These structures will be removed from the premises. There are two structures for sale, an 1890's Victorian Home and a barn. Buyer may purchase either one or both as whole structures - not individual features or pieces. Bids will be taken on each structure separately. Seller will clean up whatever buyer does not remove. Structures may be removed in whole or in part, at buyer's discretion. Utilities will be disconnected prior to salvage operation. Proof of insurance must be provided. Payment must be made at time of awarding of contract to buyer. Tentative date to end bidding process is Spring 2005.
Items not included are any personal items not attached, 2 furnaces, central A/C unit, screen door, and some carpet.

A contract will be drawn up after the details of the transaction are finalized.
